We put together a multi-phase automation plan for an innovative shoe cleaning boutique. The plan we drew up includes using 3d scanning, computer vision and machine learning to digitise the inherent knowledge of the team, as well as using Universal Robots cobots running on custom software in order to increase the number of shoes cleaned per day.

Together with Kanoi, we've explored the idea of using CoBots for expanding their business. Kanoi is an innovative shoe-cleaning boutique, with big dreams for scaling up and making the world of cleaning better for everyone.
